The Motorola 68030 Processor

The MC68030 is the successor to the 68020 and followed by the 68040. The 68030 has on-chip split instruction and data cache of 256 bytes each and an on-chip MMU.
The 68EC030 is a 68030 without a paged memory manager (MMU).
It was used in many models of the Apple Macintosh II
series of personal computers, several UNIX workstations, the Atari Falcon 030 and the Commodore Amiga 3000.
